The role focuses on applying AIAG quality tools (APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC) to resolve issues, managing internal and external quality concerns, and driving IATF 16949 activities for continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Recent experience in Automotive Industry.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 Quality Systems.
• Experience with the APQP system.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing Techniques.
• Proven technical skills on product and process.
• Experience in Program launch with an automotive manufacturing plant.

Aufgaben

• Utilize core AIAG quality tools (Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC) to resolve quality concerns.
• Manage Internal and External quality concerns, Fast Track Response, and pareto analysis of defects.
• Act as customer support and investigate customer complaints.
• Assist with continuous improvement activities, such as SPC and capability studies.
• Assist with IATF 16949 activities.
• Manage/interface customer quality system.
• Address supplier quality issues and manage Quality hold area.
• Create and maintain approved PPAP status with all Customers.
• Review and decide the disposition of products placed on hold.
• Organize necessary rework/sorting operations.
• Assist with resolving internal and external quality problems and with implementation of corrective actions.
• Create, review, and update job books to ensure proper documentation and standards.
