The role drives supplier quality, PPAP reviews, audits, and cross-functional corrective actions while coordinating with customers and internal teams to meet quality standards and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related technical field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities are expected.
• Experience in quality management and customer-focused quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining a system to assure product quality meets customer specifications.
• Drive the development and implementation of a quality production program.
• Update and manage the Quality Management Manual and statistical control programs.
• Develop and maintain a Supplier Quality Index and review PPAPs from vendors.
• Lead cross-functional teams for corrective actions and audits.
• Prepare reports on audit findings and quality performance.
• Represent the organization in internal, third-party, and customer audits.
• Oversee sample submissions, PPAP paperwork, and APQP meetings.
• Monitor training and set quality objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality and environmental system requirements.
