Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager role.
• Experience in Automotive Quality systems (IATF 16949) preferred.
• Experience leading a quality team.
• Strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Design quality systems and product audits.
• Ensure IATF 16949 compliance.
• Lead a 10-member quality team.
• Interact with Plant Manager and customers.
• Drive corrective actions using 8D, 5Why and FMEA.
