Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience in automotive quality system development, strong knowledge of statistical techniques, and a hands-on approach to leadership. Qualifications

• Previous experience leading automotive quality system development and plant implementation in an IATF quality environment.
• Experience in a metal forming production environment preferred.
• Excellent understanding of statistical techniques and data analysis, including SPC and 6 Sigma.
• Ability to develop quality standards and execute initiatives through training.
• Hands-on, plant-focused leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and implement quality system initiatives.
• Lead plant-wide quality systems and procedures.
• Develop capability studies and quality control procedures.
• Identify solutions for quality and manufacturing issues.
• Directly supervise and train Quality Engineers and technicians.
