Job summary

Ulm Automotive LLC in Bogart, GA is seeking a Quality Manager to own the quality of finished vehicles before they leave the plant. This hands-on role oversees the Quality Management System, conducts floor inspections, and signs final releases.

In a low-volume, high-mix production environment, you will drive corrective actions to root cause, manage nonconformances, and lead internal audits to ensure compliance with the Q001 manual, QD-series procedures, and QF forms.

Responsibilities

• Own the QMS end to end: keep the Q001 manual and QD procedures current and control document revisions.
• Lead internal audits against procedures, report findings, and track closure with owners and due dates.
• Plan and lead quality plans for new configurations and process verifications when changes occur.
• Perform incoming vehicle inspections, sign final release and delivery checklists for each unit.
• Implement corrective actions to root cause and verify effectiveness before closure.
• Maintain calibration status and ensure tools are in calibration.
