  • Maintain the site’s QMS in full alignment with IATF 16949 standards and customer‑specific requirements.
  • Oversee all documentation control, including manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
  • Perform and manage internal audits and process audits across all manufacturing operations.
  • Coordinate and host external assessments, including those from customers and third‑party agencies.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and compliance through vendor audits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and quality‑related concerns.
  • Lead structured root cause analysis using 8D, 5‑Why, and other problem‑solving tools to drive corrective actions.
  • Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control systems to ensure process stability and capability.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of PPAP documentation, including FMEAs and Control Plans.
  • Maintain complete authority to halt production of any materials that do not meet internal or customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director to align local practices with corporate quality strategies.

  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and general manufacturing statistics.
  • Proven ability to interpret customer‑specific requirements and translate them into actionable shop‑floor instructions.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring technical teams and guiding fabrication staff.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills for interfacing with executive leadership and external clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data gathering and analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi‑faceted environment including office, warehouse, and manufacturing areas.
  • High level of initiative and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues from a strategic perspective.
