Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 10 years of automotive manufacturing experience, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. Certifications such as ASQ and CQE are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years automotive manufacturing/engineering experience; 3–5 years managing plant quality teams.
• Certifications like ASQ, CQE, CQM, and compliance with OEM/industry standards.
• Experience in stamping, welding, and paint environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Quality Department employees.
• Represent quality function in manufacturing issues.
• Manage audits and continuously improve TS16949 systems.
• Act as contact for customer and supplier quality issues.
• Maintain quality documents and data tracking.
