Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, material specs, and fastener/thread requirements.
• Experience leading quality teams in automotive or commercial-truck environments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality execution across incoming, in-process, and final inspection; set priorities, escalation paths, and shift coverage.
• Stop-process/stop-shipment decisions when product conformity or customer protection is at risk; lead containment and corrective actions.
• Own quality performance reporting, daily management, and corrective-action follow-through with data-driven problem solving.
