Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related field.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, material specs, and inspection results.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% for customer and supplier visits.
• Experience with automotive OEMs and CQI assessments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality execution across incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
• Stop defects at the source; drive containment and permanent corrective actions.
• Maintain IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
• Lead audit readiness and corrective actions using AIAG Core Tools.
• Develop quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors through coaching.
