Job summary

Magna Cosma Kamtek is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead the QA organization in Birmingham, AL. You will drive the quality strategy, oversee the Quality Department, and align quality goals with business needs.

Responsibilities include developing KOIs, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and collaborating with suppliers and customers to meet specifications. A strong leader with deep quality systems knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess working knowledge and understanding of quality systems, standards, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow, comply and enforce all environmental health and safety programs (Magna and OSHA).
• Leads the quality team to meet Kamtek's business plan goals and objectives.
• Develops and implements the quality management strategy and plans.
• Manage the Quality Department.
• Develop Key Operating Indicators (KOIs).
• Promote quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.
• Set QA compliance objectives and ensure targets are met.
• Assess suppliers' and customer requirements; ensure testing and documentation are maintained.
