Job summary

Yanfeng invites university students to join its Advanced Quality Internship - Summer 2027 in Novi, MI. You will work full-time May–August on real-world automotive interiors projects and receive mentorship, training, and career coaching.

Current students pursuing a STEM degree with a 3.0+ GPA, plus leadership and initiative, are encouraged to apply. Interns gain exposure to senior management and our CSPIRIT values.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a STEM-related degree (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial Engineering).
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required or preferred.
• Prior internships or work/leadership activities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on real-world engineering projects via a full-time summer internship.
• Receive mentorship and networking opportunities across Yanfeng.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to management and culture.
