Job summary

Yanfeng invites university students to join its Advanced Quality Internship - Summer 2027 in Novi, MI. You will work full-time May–August on real-world automotive interiors projects and receive mentorship, training, and career coaching.

Current students pursuing a STEM degree with a 3.0+ GPA, plus leadership and initiative, are encouraged to apply. Interns gain exposure to senior management and our CSPIRIT values.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a STEM-related degree (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automotive or Industrial Engineering).
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required or preferred.
• Prior internships or work/leadership activities are a plus.

Job Description

The College Internship Program at Yanfeng provides you with real-world projects via full-time work through the summer break with hands-on, career-specific experience (from May through the beginning of August). The program connects Yanfeng interns across the U.S. to develop skills through technical training and career coaching.

You willbe assigned a buddy and a mentor, who will make sure you feel at home and will support your development.Additionally,interns are engaged in networking and educational activities throughout their internship to gain exposure to senior level management and to learn more about Yanfeng, our values, culture, and careeropportunities.

Internship Program dates: May 24 - August 13, 2027

Qualifications:

• Current student enrolled in anaccredited college/university pursuing a STEM related degree such as Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• 3.00GPA or higher
• Prior internship(s), work experience, and/or extracurricular activities preferred
• Highly motivated, positive attitude and goal orientated
• Ability to work full time; 40 hours per week
• US Sponsorship not available for this position
