Job summary

AEON Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect vehicles and maintain quality across our manufacturing process.

The role focuses on incoming inspection standards, MRB evaluations, and processing returns with precise defect tracking across suppliers and customers, using manuals, guides and quality procedures. You will work with manufacturing engineers, leadership and production to ensure compliance and continuous improvement, requiring a high school diploma or GED and at least 2

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, components and sub-assemblies against engineering docs and specs.
• Record and archive inspection results to support product traceability.
• Manage quarantined inventory, NCRs, and coordinate scrap/RTV dispositions.
• Run review meetings and coordinate across engineering, operations and suppliers.
• Verify dimensional tolerances with calipers and tape measures.
• Keep work areas clean and perform other duties as assigned.
