The ideal candidate has prior quality inspection or manufacturing experience, understands quality standards, and can use digital reporting systems such as tablets or Salesforce. Work involves a fast-paced factory setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (e.g., tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce).
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow work instructions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Record inspection results using company systems.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
