Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure manufacturing excellence and product quality in a fast-paced automotive setting. You will monitor KPIs, lead corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement with production teams and customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 2+ years in automotive quality, and strong use of quality tools such as 8D, SPC, MSA, and FMEA. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years in an automotive manufacturing quality function.
• Experience leading problem-solving with quality tools (8D, SPC, MSA, FMEA).
• Fluent business English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with quality software incl. Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Lead structured problem-solving and corrective actions.
• Support customer satisfaction and quality objectives with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 audits and compliance activities.
• Provide training and guidance on quality controls and processes.
