Job summary

Auria is seeking a Quality Engineer for our Plant in Fremont, OH. You will apply statistical methods (8D, 5Y, Fishbone) to drive corrective actions and prevent defects across manufacturing cells.

You will manage PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans and support ISO/TS16949/IATF processes, while collaborating with customers and internal teams. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field and 3–5 years of quality experience in lean manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 3–5 years Quality experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with ISO-16949 and ISO-9001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical tools and methodologies to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist with SPC data analysis and quality reporting.
• Develop and maintain error-proofing methods in manufacturing cells.
• Lead APQP activities including IMDS submissions, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Coordinate PPAP activities for new programs and engineering changes.
