Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering or related role within the automotive industry.
• Experience working directly with OEM customers and customer-specific requirements.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Experience with customer complaint management and corrective actions using 5 Why and 8D methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, verify and update PFMEA, CP, and Operator Instructions.
• Perform process, product, and roving audits to ensure compliance with CP.
• Monitor and maintain SPC - parameter selection, review, and monitoring.
• PPAP submission and customer approvals including Engineering Change.
• Facilitate APQP process for quality related items.
• Conduct root cause analysis/resolution using 5 Why and 8D reporting.
• Manage customer returns and defect analysis.
• Support Production Department with problem solving and decision making.
• Assist with creation and validation of Error Proofing within Production Processes.
• Control disposition of suspect parts for QE review.
• Manage customer complaint reports and create 8D in SAP.
