Job summary

Facil North America, Inc. seeks a Quality Coordinator for our San Antonio, TX location (also in Ohio). The role leads automotive quality compliance, liaises with suppliers and customers on quality issues, and drives continuous improvement within the Facil Management System.

Includes interaction with the Quality & Operations Engineering Manager NA and delivers a competitive benefits package. The ideal candidate has a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, 5 years in quality (preferably automotive), and

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years’ experience in a quality environment, preferably automotive.
• Experience with internal and external audits is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive quality processes and tools (PPAP, FMEA) is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with suppliers and customers regarding quality.
• Support and implement product quality processes and manage rejections.
• Maintain and monitor the Facil Management System (FMS).
• Lead and coach the Quality Inspectors and supervise rework as needed.
• Coordinate change management within the branch and support audits.
