MS Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector 1 (Quality Control) to support automotive manufacturing clients. You will inspect parts, document results, and report defects using MS Companies' systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to quality standards, accurate data capture, and effective communication with supervisors and teammates to ensure product quality throughout production.

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (e.g., tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce).
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow work instructions and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate quality concerns with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
