Cosma International, part of Magna Cosma, is seeking a Quality Inspector to support plant QA activities in Birmingham, AL. You will audit quality paperwork, perform dimensional and SPC inspections, and verify product conformance to end-line checklists and certification requirements.

• High school diploma or GED; six months to one year related experience or training.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools (tape measures, scales, vernier calipers).
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• PDCA/8D/5 why knowledge is a plus.
• Metal finish experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Follow and enforce all plant safety rules and policies.
• Audit quality paperwork for accuracy/completeness daily.
• Perform and verify dimensional inspection per requirements.
• Inspect product to requirements defined on end-of-line checklists.
• Communicate quality issues with product to Quality and Area Team Leader.
• Assist in setup of rework and sort methods for quality concerns.
