Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field with 3+ years of manufacturing Quality experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years in quality.
• IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certification is required.
• Experience maintaining QMS documentation, conducting internal audits, and supporting corrective actions.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
• Familiarity with automotive quality tools and processes like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the corporate QMS, including manuals, maps, procedures, forms, and records.
• Coordinate internal QMS audits and support customer and certification audits.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions with deadlines and verification.
• Support APQP, Control Plans, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and launch readiness activities.
• Review audit findings and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Train and mentor process owners and auditors on QMS practices.
