Job summary

Hyundai Mobis is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA program, maintain QMS compliance with IATF 16949, and drive supplier and process improvements. You will manage field analyses, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with HQ and customers.

The role requires 7+ years in automotive QA, a quality-focused engineering degree, and strong communication and training skills. Office and production involvement inclusive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 7 years of automotive quality assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of QM systems and supplier/customer auditing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QMS and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer standards.
• Analyze production capabilities, quality issue trends, complaints, and 4M changes.
• Develop and implement QA processes to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize costs.
• Lead QA team and coordinate with HQ, customers, and suppliers.
• Conduct on-site supplier audits to assure manufacturing and process quality.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver warranty claim analysis reports to senior management.
• Promote safety and deliver QA training to staff.
