Candidates must have a Bachelor's Engineering Degree and 5+ years in automotive procurement, along with experience in value analysis and a strong understanding of OSHA and ISO standards. This position offers a salary range of $110-120k plus a 10% bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Purchasing/Procurement or Program Management in Automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 Manufacturing.
• Experience with value added methodology.
• Ability to obtain security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the direct buyers team for purchasing policies.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate on commodity strategies and action plans.
• Drive accountability for budgeted purchasing savings.
