Job summary

Best Ford in Nashua, NH is seeking an Automotive Protection and Appearance Technician to apply bedliner coatings, perform undercoating, and assist with PDR. Training is available for the right candidate who shows hands-on skill, attention to detail, and pride in quality work.

You will prepare vehicles, inspect finishes, and maintain a safe, clean workspace while following dealership safety guidelines. This is a full-time, in-person role with opportunities for growth within the dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience with spray-in bedliners, undercoatings, detailing, or body work preferred.
• PDR experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn application processes and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Apply spray-in bedliner coatings to truck beds and exterior surfaces.
• Perform undercoating and rust prevention applications.
• Assist with paintless dent removal (PDR) on vehicles.
• Prepare vehicles and work area before application (masking, cleaning, surface prep).
• Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finish.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe condition.
• Follow dealership safety guidelines and procedures.
