Job summary

Dent Wizard in New Hampshire is seeking a Technician - Detailer to thoroughly clean, wash, wax and polish exteriors; vacuum and shampoo interiors; polish windows and chrome; apply protective finishes and inspect for defects; maintain safe, organized workspace and deliver excellent customer service. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and attention to detail.

Automotive detailing experience is welcome but not required; strong teamwork and time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive detailing preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for vehicle care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning, washing, waxing, and polishing of vehicle exteriors.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and floor mats.
• Clean and polish vehicle windows, mirrors, and chrome accessories.
• Apply protective finishes to ensure a long-lasting shine and protection.
• Inspect vehicles for any noticeable defects or areas needing attention.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and tools for each task, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing workspace.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
• Report any damage or issues to Management immediately.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
