Job summary

Gestamp Holding Mexico Sl is seeking a Program Manager to lead assigned automotive programs from award through one year after production start. You will serve as the program champion and main customer contact, coordinating with engineers, sister plants, and stakeholders to ensure on-budget, on-time delivery while meeting quality expectations.

You will direct cross-functional teams, manage engineering changes and quoting, and lead APQP activities in line with AIAG requirements.

Qualifications

• BP: Directs program teams and delivers launches on schedule and budget.
• APQP involvement per AIAG guidelines.
• Maintains up-to-date information in Team Center and related systems.
• Pre-production support and engineering change management.

Responsibilities

• Directs the program team to meet objectives from award to launch.
• Delivers programs at quoted engineering change levels, prototype and production.
• Leads APQP effort per AIAG requirements.
• Manages open issues using an open issues matrix.
• Reports program status to Gestamp stakeholders and customers.
• Provides facility with pre-production support.
• Manages quoting activity for the program.
• Keeps Gestamp GPCS systems up to date.
