Dynamic Manufacturing is hiring a Production Technician to join our Hillside, IL team. The role involves assembling, disassembling, labeling, and testing parts from transmissions, ensuring defect-free products before shipment.

You will follow detailed work instructions, operate hand tools, and maintain a clean, safe work area while adhering to OSHA and other regulations. This full-time position offers weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 45 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs.
• Very physical, standing, and repetitive work.
• Willing to work around solvents and oily parts.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble or reassemble transmission units and related parts.
• Follow work instructions and complete tasks promptly.
• Use hand tools such as wrenches to adjust seals or parts.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and report defects.
• Follow safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
