Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong safety, quality and detail.
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Comfort operating production machinery and equipment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and reach throughout the shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to work as part of a production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery, tools and production equipment.
• Assemble automotive parts according to established work instructions.
• Load, position and remove materials during the production process.
• Perform visual inspections on completed parts.
• Identify and report defects or quality concerns.
• Package, label or prepare finished products as assigned.
• Monitor equipment and report operating concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workstation.
• Work with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Participate in training and continuous-improvement activities.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
