In this role, you’ll do more than repair vehicles. You’ll help maintain quality standards, keep jobs moving efficiently through the shop, and ensure every vehicle receives the attention and documentation it deserves.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Quality Repairs: Complete repair and maintenance work accurately across a wide range of vehicle systems, following established repair procedures.
• Document Your Work: Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and record findings clearly, thoroughly, and consistently.
• Follow the Process: Adhere to shop SOPs, safety guidelines, and repair standards on every job.
• Keep the Team Informed: Communicate job progress, repair needs, and potential delays with service advisors and shop leadership.
• Support Shop Efficiency: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and help keep vehicles moving through the shop smoothly and on schedule.
• Continue to Grow: Participate in available training and development opportunities to strengthen your skills, improve performance, and expand your automotive knowledge.
