The ideal candidate has over 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in automotive processes, alongside certifications like Lean Yellow Belt. This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts and overtime support. Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing supervision, ideally with automotive stamping/welding experience.
• Lean Yellow Belt and OSHA 30-Hour certifications preferred.
• Ability to adapt to shift rotations and high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage production operators to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Conduct first-article inspections and support corrective actions.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards.
• Complete shift reports and submit to Production Manager.
