Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a technical related discipline or 10 years automotive experience with skilled trade certification.
• Strong understanding of BIW build fit & function, die/die process, assembly tooling, and welding applications.
• Ability to read and interpret data reports and create technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues affecting safety, efficiency, and product flow.
• Ensure feasibility studies and team reviews are completed as per engineering procedures.
• Support continuous improvement activities defined by engineering.
