Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Associate in Piedmont, SC to support the automotive assembly line. This role involves loading/unloading stampings, operating manual and robotic weld/adhesive processes, inspecting parts, and ensuring quality standards are met.

The position requires lifting up to 60 lbs, with forklift experience a plus, and the ability to work independently and safely. Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Proficient in writing routine reports and communicating with team.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload automotive stampings from production lines and cells.
• Operate manual and robotic systems to apply welds, adhesives, and perform other process-related tasks on parts and assemblies.
• Inspect parts and prepare for storage/shipments ensuring quality standards.
• Tag, label, and track parts and assemblies, producing necessary documentation.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and adjustments following safety protocols.
