Rohrman Automotive Group in Palatine, IL is hiring a Sales Associate / Product Specialist to be the face of our brand, guiding customers through one of the most important purchases of their lives. You will help customers explore our inventory, demonstrate features, and build trust to earn their business.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're comfortable talking to anyone.
• Self-motivated with a competitive edge and a desire to grow earnings.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• One year of prior automotive or retail sales experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full vehicle selection process, demonstrating features, options, and values across our inventory.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicles in a way that aligns with each customer's needs and lifestyle.

• Work collaboratively with the finance and management teams to structure and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and competitive landscape.
