Job summary

Hunter Engineering Company in Bridgeton, MO is offering a Spring 2027 Product Management Intern co-op. You will assist the product management team with technical analysis, business case analysis, OEM programs, presentation building, and various projects to pursue opportunities for a USA-based manufacturer with global reach.

The internship provides real-world experience in applying engineering and market analysis skills, with hands-on equipment setups, testing, and exposure to product lifecycle

Qualifications

• Major study in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Automotive Technology, Engineering Management, Technical Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytic skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data by distilling easy-to-understand visuals.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Office suite products effectively.
• Understanding and interest in the automotive aftermarket space, preferred.
• Hands-on mechanical proficiency preferred.
• 3/2D design modeling and interface design skills added bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform product and market analysis in evolving categories such as: Wheel Alignment Systems, ADAS Calibration, Vehicle Inspection technology, Tire Changing & Balancing.
• Support research and projects related to OEM and national account opportunities, equipment replacement, and service campaigns.
• Assist with ad hoc special projects including hands-on equipment setup and testing.
