Philips Automotive Recruiting is seeking an experienced engineer to apply core engineering principles to design, develop, and launch automotive products that meet customer specs and performance requirements. In this mid-level role you will lead development from concept through validation, collaborate with cross-functional teams for DfMA, manage engineering changes, and support prototypes and production.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 4–9 years of mid-level automotive engineering experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsabilités
- Lead product design and development from concept through launch.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing and program teams for DfMA.
- Serve as SME on customer specs and performance requirements.
- Drive problem-solving with DOE/DFSS/8D methodologies.
- Manage engineering changes (CR/CN) and track resolutions.
- Support prototypes, pre-production, and production builds.
- Lead VA/VE initiatives to optimize value and cost.
- Coordinate prototype, materials, and testing activities.
- Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
