Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of purchasing, sourcing, and/or contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• CAD drawings reading a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end purchasing and sourcing activities for automotive components and prototype parts.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and cost targets.
• Review and interpret CAD drawings to support sourcing decisions and supplier discussions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to support product development.
• Utilize SAP for procurement processes, purchase orders, and supplier management.
• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support prototype builds and production readiness through effective supplier coordination.
