Qualifications

• Approximately five+ years in manufacturing or process engineering with automated assembly experience.
• Ability to translate product requirements into process concepts and costs.
• Knowledge of automation concepts, robots, pick-and-place, testing, and end-of-line testing.
• Experience with automation integrators or equipment vendors.
• Strong project ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end process flows for new programs from quotation through launch.
• Define equipment, automation, and fixtures for efficient, repeatable production.
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, operations, and quality to validate processes.
• Establish process controls, quality checks, and validation plans.
• Support equipment trials, ramp-up, and process refinement.
• Travel to manufacturing sites and supplier locations as needed.
