What we need?
  • Someone with mechanical aptitude and some experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
  • Attention to detail, ability to follow detailed instructions without skipping steps.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Adherence to safety protocols to protect oneself, colleagues, and equipment.
  • Initiative to complete repairs and training tasks.
  • Computer skills to accept work assignments, document maintenance and repairs, and parts used.
  • Ability to improve efficiency over time with assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Track parts used.
  • Document work performed.
  • Wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Perform repairs approved by management.
  • Follow safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out when necessary.
  • Perform preventative maintenance following company checklists.
  • Typical repairs include oil and filter changes, tire repair/replacement, brakes, lights, etc.
Requirements:
  • CDL license
