Position Overview
As a Pre-Owned Sales Manager in this large dealership, you will be responsible for acquisition, merchandising, negotiating, closing, training, development of the team all while fostering a great team environment. We are looking for a true leader who aspires to be a champion for the sales people, hold them accountable to processes and performance expectations, and serve to support the vision of the General Sales Manager and General Manager. We want a high-performing, high-energy individual that fully understands what it takes to increase used car volume and profitability. You MUST have a solid foundation and understanding of the Used Car business and previous leadership experience in that role to be considered.
