Rohrman Automotive Group in Lafayette, IN is seeking a dependable Customer Service Specialist to keep our dealership clean, organized, and welcoming. This hands-on role focuses on vehicle detailing, moving and parking, and maintaining a professional lot.

No prior experience required—we train the right person. The role offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and a benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we’ll train the right person.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable, self-directed, and committed to a clean, safe environment.
• Basic familiarity with OSHA safety standards preferred; willingness to learn required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, vacuum, clean, and detail vehicles to ensure they are clean and presentation-ready.
• Clean both interior and exterior of inventory.
• Move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional-looking vehicle lot.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries, transfers, and other dealership needs.
