Compensation

• Up to $20.00 per hour

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with the field team to ensure efficiency
• Test drive vehicles after repairs or ADAS calibrations
• Transport vehicles, tools, and customers as needed during repairs
• Perform vehicle cleanup if required
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications, Education & Experience

• Desire to learn a skilled trade
• High school diploma or technical school graduate
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and related technology
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 60 pounds independently
• Willingness to travel for training and certification
• Ability to stand for extended periods, with frequent reaching, walking, and stooping
• Frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
• Extensive travel within the assigned area
• Exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals may occur
• Ability to work in a shop environment in various weather conditions
• Wearing PPE such as facial coverings, eye protection, and gloves is required
