Jay Honda seeks a dependable Automotive Porter & Digital Inventory Coordinator to blend hands-on dealership work with a digital role. You will manage the lot and photos, ensure online inventory accuracy, and collaborate with marketing to maintain a high-quality online showroom.

The role requires a valid driver's license, comfort outdoors in all weather, and basic computer/smartphone skills. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Vehicle & Lot Management: Maintain an organized, clean dealership lot; move vehicles as needed; assist with deliveries and pickups; fuel vehicles and monitor tire pressures; keep showroom and display vehicles clean; assist with snow removal and general lot maintenance; support sales and service with vehicle needs.
• Digital Inventory Management: Photograph new and used inventory; upload and verify vehicle photos on website and third-party sites; ensure inventory is photographed and online within timelines; verify descriptions, options, pricing, and status; identify missing photos/listing errors and resolve; work with marketing to maintain a high-quality online showroom.
