Jay Honda is seeking an Automotive Porter & Digital Inventory Coordinator to keep the physical lot organized while ensuring online inventory accurately reflects all vehicles. The role blends hands-on car work with updating photos, descriptions, and pricing across the website and third-party listings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, clean dealership lot and move vehicles as needed.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer pickups.
• Fuel vehicles and monitor tire pressures.
• Keep showroom and display vehicles clean and presentable.
• Assist with snow removal and general lot maintenance.
• Support sales and service departments with miscellaneous vehicle needs.
• Photograph new and used inventory to dealership standards.
• Upload and verify photos on the dealership website and third‑party sites.
• Ensure newly arrived inventory is photographed and online within established timelines.
• Verify vehicle descriptions, options, pricing, and status online.
• Identify missing photos or listing errors and resolve them promptly.
• Work with the marketing team to maintain a high-quality online showroom.
