Vector Fleet Management, an Amerit Fleet Solutions Company, is hiring Automotive Porters to support our client's fleet in Lauderdale Lakes, FL. The role involves shop duties, vehicle movement and parts pickup to keep operations running smoothly.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($17.00–$20.00/hr), weekly pay, full benefits within 30 days, 401(k) match, and ongoing training through Amerit University to help you grow in fleet maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Automotive Porter with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Ability to perform shop cleaning, vehicle moving and parts pickup.
• Acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check.
• Solid organizational and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform shop cleaning, vehicle movement and parts pickup as part of daily duties.
• Assist technicians and maintain orderly work areas.

Position Summary

We are currently accepting applications for qualified Automotive Porters to support our customer’s fleet located in the Lauderdale Lakes, FL area!

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay - PAID WEEKLY, EVERY FRIDAY! $17.00-20.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM OR Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job.
• Exposure to considerable amounts of dust, diesel fumes and noise.
• Exposure to chemicals, oils, greases or other irritants
• Access any area of the equipment or vehicle to perform necessary maintenance
• Ability to move and position heavy objects
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and crawl to repair vehicles
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
