Job summary

GLS in Auburn Hills, MI is looking for a steady weekday Porter to help prepare vehicles for delivery by washing, detailing, fueling, and staging them throughout the day. You'll work with a team in a fast-paced automotive environment, enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Dependable and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles through the car wash, then dry and detail them.
• Stage and organize vehicles throughout the lot.
• Fuel vehicles as needed.
• Install license plates.
• Transport vehicles to auction lots.
• Perform final inspections to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
• Help maintain a clean and organized vehicle yard.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed.
