GLS North America in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Porter to wash, detail, stage vehicles, and assist with day-to-day operations. The role supports smooth dealership workflows and customer deliveries.

The Porter will drive vehicles through washes, help with yard organization, and perform light maintenance tasks as needed to keep the lot running efficiently.

• Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.
• Valid Driver's License with an adequate driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Drive vehicles through the car wash, dry, and detail the vehicle.
• Transport disposed vehicles to auction lots.
• Install license plates on vehicles.
• Fuel vehicles when required.
• Sweep the yard and look for cars in the aisle to put in the correct location.
• Complete a final inspection to ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery to the customer.

As a Porter, you will be washing, detailing, and staging vehicles, as well as assisting with other miscellaneous tasks or projects that are crucial for day-to-day operations.

SalaryOverview: The pay rate for this role starts at $18 per hour based on experience.

Hours:

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6:30 pm.

Porter Responsibilities Include:

• Drive vehicles through the car wash, dry, and detail the vehicle.
• Transport disposed vehicles to auction lots.
• Install license plates on vehicles.
• Fuel vehicles when required.
• Sweep the yard and look for cars in the aisle to put in the correct location.
• Complete a final inspection to ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery to the customer.
