Ideal candidates will have strong PLC skills and hands-on experience with Toyopuc, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, and Mitsubishi platforms, plus a willingness to travel up to 65% and work overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PLC programming and troubleshooting in an industrial environment.
• Experience with PLC platforms Toyopuc, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron or Mitsubishi.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel up to 65% and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review equipment designs and specifications to identify improvements.
• Support equipment buyoffs and validate machine functionality before installation.
• Install, commission, and start up manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues during installation and production.
• Modify and optimize equipment to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Perform equipment trials and make necessary adjustments.
• Verify equipment quality through secondary validation methods such as torque checks and vacuum profiles.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
