Qualifications

Manufacturing or related field Degree or relevant work experience.
7-10 years experience in automotive/production field.
Strategic thinker who collaborates with manufacturing operations.
Results-oriented leader with accountability at all levels.
Experience with Continuous Improvement mindset.
Strong leadership and people development skills.
Excellent communication at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee site operational, quality & financial targets; align with commercial teams.
Own environmental compliance and liaison responsibilities for the site.
Manage site P&L within the group; cover strategy, HR, finance, sales, capex, budgeting.
Establish long-term strategic priorities aligned with group objectives.
Develop actionable site strategies and plans with short/long-term goals.
Translate strategy into priorities, goals, and metrics; drive transparency and accountability.
Maintain regular, transparent communication with groups and senior leaders.
Monitor performance; implement corrective actions and prepare forecasts.
Support management team to deliver departmental goals.
