Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years of proven performance software/system experience.
• Strong C/C++ skills with automotive-sector experience.
• Proficiency in Linux and QNX; Android knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Solid understanding of benchmarking, boot-time optimization, compiler optimization, and runtime performance improvements.
• Knowledge of hypervisors, virtualization, and overhead analysis.
• Experience using profiling tools to improve system software efficiency.
• AI/ML experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Optimize system software for Nvidia automotive performance platforms with Safe RTOS.
• Collaborate with Hardware Architecture, DriveOS, Power and Test teams to track boot and runtime benchmarks.
• Ensure targets by supervising micro benchmarks and industry-standard benchmarks across IPs.
• Contribute to developing features in automotive profiling tools with AI assistance.
• Benchmark the hypervisor to minimize overhead on ARM systems.
• Collaborate with ADAS/AV team to optimize the next-gen NVIDIA Tegra stack.
