Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
• Experience processing semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and payroll tax reporting.
• Experience preparing quarterly payroll tax filings.
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds payroll software strongly preferred.
• Automotive dealership payroll experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee payroll information.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Mansioni

• Process semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls accurately and timely.
• Review and verify timekeeping, hours, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll data.
• Calculate and process payroll taxes, withholdings, deductions, and adjustments.
• Ensure payroll is compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare and submit quarterly payroll tax filings and reports.
• Assist with year-end payroll processing, including W-2s and other tax forms.
• Reconcile payroll reports and payroll-related accounts.
• Maintain confidential employee payroll records.
• Respond to employee questions regarding paychecks and payroll issues.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Stay current with payroll laws and reporting requirements.
• Assist with audits and payroll documentation as needed.
